Do not be wary of the 'Gore' tag. It's mainly to be on the safe side so the story would pass moderation. The story does contain a few 'Bloody' bits, but not things like chopped body parts and the likes

There had once been a time where Nightmare Moon was a wandering spirit, twisted and corrupted from what she once was by loneliness and despair. As she descended into madness, she came across someone else facing the same depression, Princess Luna of Equestria. Bound together in their smothering darkness, they set out to force a world to change to what they thought would be their salvation, where they would be loved and adored. In the end they failed and those that they saught to force to love them banished them to the darkness they tried to impose upon the world for 1,000 years. And when that banishment ended, the physical being was given salvation, with the one that had pushed her away long ago now showering her in love and forgiveness for what she'd done. However, that spirit that had been bound to her, the only friend that she'd known for over a thousand years, was ripped from her and obliterated by the very force that had cured her madness.

At least, as far as Luna knew.

Unknown to Luna, that which had saved her from her loneliness, had also given Nightmare Moon a chance at a new life, her own life. It took some time for her new life to begin, and she was held under the care under a being that she could neither see nor touch, but her heart could feel and remember from ages far past. That being now gives forth their love for Nightmare Moon to reawaken her, and set her on the path that the Elements of Harmony opened up for her. And this time, though she might not know it yet, she wont be alone. This is her journey on that new path, where she goes, what happens, is all unknown. But, the darkness that once consumed her, the light of the Moon, and even that of the Sun, are all there to guide her and help her grow. Along with the flame of love now left in her heart.

There's always something to do on a farm. Big Mac shoulders a bulk of the physical labor--quite literally--and plows every field faithfully. But one field is special to him. He tends it year after year, even though it doesn't grow hardly anything.

Applejack has known about her older brother's "secret project" for years. She finally confronts him about it. She wants answers, and she's not leaving until she gets them.

"That was the last straw! I had it with Twilight Sparkle--excuse me--Princess Twilight Sparkle, trying to come into my life! I had it with her stupid attempts to try and rekindle whatever friendship that I thought we had. I had it with her!" What was Moon Dancer going through at the party? Why did Twilight leaving hurt her so much?

It’s a bright new day at Carousel Boutique. Rarity is about to wake up and go to her shower to prepare for the day, when suddenly the scene has changed! You are the animator; you go around and make things hard on anyone you draw… because you’re bored.

One year has passed since Twilight Sparkle was forced to part ways with the love of her life. She spends the anniversary in the human world crying beneath the statue that acts as the gateway between the two worlds. As she arrives home she considers closing the portal, but later discovers that by leaving it open, she saves a life. A life will be shared with the young mare and a broken heart mended as she tends to the one that arrives through the portal.

This story is based before season six and the Friendship Games movie.

In Ponyville, Sweetie Belle wakes up in her everyday home, only to discover that she's been left alone! She quickly turns to her friends who do their best to help... But it isn't enough to bring Sweetie Belle's heart back up from the shadows.

For absolutely no reason, Pinkie Pie is now your pinkie.
This is troublesome... and annoying... and pink.
