New story, Go!
My new story, Up in the Air, ought to be posted now (auto-post is a beautiful thing). It follows up on Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie after Finding Home, detailing the events of their date and providing an important moment for the development of their relationship in the future of Who We Become.
Finally got around to commissioning a banner for the Who We Become group, and I just adore it:
It was done by the amazing OverlordNeon, whom I'm quite obsessed with these days
So for a long time now I've been trying to come up with a name for my series. As appealing as Pinceau's suggestion of Down the Rabbit Hell was (and I very much do love that name), I finally settled on Who We Become, because apparently all my names need to sound like Hallmark Original Movies
So I mentioned that I'd have a fun little follow up blog post to Finding Home, and here it is. I saw this character interview thing ages ago in senpei Eakin's blog, and I stole it because it seemed like a fun thing to do.
Anticipating the ‘what’s next’ question, I decided to make a blog post explaining exactly that ahead of time. In the immediate future, I'll be posting a blog next Saturday at my regular update time. It's something fun, starring TwiShySet after Finding Home. Not a real chapter though, hence why it'll be on the blog. I'll also probably be rewriting the first couple chapters of Inner Strength because I could do much better at them now.
Who wants to read an entire blog post about me So now that I've lost pretty much everyone who was going to read this blog, I'm going to bore the rest of you brave bastards by droning on about things and stuff.
So I started writing again today for the first time since Christmas I've made some good progress into chapter 11, and hope to have something to post soon. Plus a number of factors with my job lined up oddly conveniently, so I'm actually going to have a lot more free time going forward. I'm hoping I'll be able to start weekly updates again soon, but I'm still not promising anything.
For the time being weekly updates are put on hold. I have the final chapter of Warmth in the Snow ready to be posted tomorrow, and chapter 10 of Finding Home ready for Saturday, but after that I don't know when I'm updating again. I do plan to keep writing, but I'm not going to hold myself to a weekly schedule, so updates will happen when they happen.
I really hate not updating. Like, I've been writing just as much as ever, and yet I can't actually update until next week. It'll all be worth it Christmas week (For me anyway. Everyone else is probably just gonna be sick of me) but that's not what this blog is about
