Bout time for an update, eh?

Not a big enough update to qualify for Rabbit Tracks, but this is just to say: Work is continueing on "Just a Pony", albeit slowly. Two more chapters down, then I got sidetracked by videogames, now I'm sidetracked by homework and sickness, and then hopefully back to "Just a Pony" soon!

    Irony

I tried to write a blog about how I haven't been able to write. I accidentally hit ctrl+r and refreshed the page, losing everything I had written. A cruel bit of irony. I am tired and angry with myself and scared for my future as a writer and I do not have the energy to retype it, so pretend there is some sincere and heartfelt explanation here and you're moved by the struggles of some weird

Pictures should be fixed across all stories

At this point if anyone is seeing broken images in my fics on Fimfiction please let me know! For anyone looking for a new image hosting site with Discord having done the Big Suck, I used Postimages and it was rather simple and efficient.

    Image hosting

Real quick, I know my images are all borked again; what are folks using for image hosting these days? Needs to be free and the less likely it is to implode the better... I was using Discord until just recently which is why this mess happened lmao

    Becoming myself

It's a bit strange that I've spent days trying to figure out how to write this. It's such a big thing and I want to get that across to y'all, but I never will. So I'm just going to rip off the bandaid and get this out there. Because something amazing happened to me.

Story recommendations and Finding Home Act II · 2:22am Dec 6th, 2015

I really hate not updating. Like, I've been writing just as much as ever, and yet I can't actually update until next week. It'll all be worth it Christmas week (For me anyway. Everyone else is probably just gonna be sick of me) but that's not what this blog is about :twilightblush:

So let's pretend for a moment that everyone's sitting around, just waiting for the next update, with nothing to read in the meanwhile. Well I'd like to recommend a few stories because I guess I think I'm qualified to tell you what to read or something :trixieshiftright:

For some reason people keep trusting me to help them with their stories. Recently I have the pleasure to be a pre-reader for the story Among Luna's Stars by LadyofSorrows, starting at chapter 10.

I'm not a huge sci-fi fan, so I almost passed up on reading this one. Thankfully I didn't, because it's a fantastic read. It draws on places and characters from all over Equestria, and expands beyond it with its OCs. I'm consistently in awe of the world building, which never stops. The story itself is a crazy big adventure which uses the world to the fullest extent.

The second story I'd like to recommend I had absolutely nothing to do with. mouch30 (known elsewhere as Dessert) the artist behind the cover of Finding Home, recently started a story called Sweet Atonement.

It's only a prologue and first chapter right now, but its off to a great start. It seems like it'll be pretty full of drama and if you're reading my blog that's probably appealing to you. The dynamic between the Dazzlings thus far is incredibly interesting, and to be honest I wouldn't be surprised to see the feature box in this story's future.

Well that's enough talking about other people's stories. Finding Home is starts its second act next week. I'm seriously excited to get this underway, this is the part of the story I really wanted to tell all along. I can't wait to see everyone's reaction, I think some people will pretty upset with me, but for now I'll just leave this here (it's relevant because of reasons)
