Cyberpunk 2077 has been removed from the PlayStation Store, with all customers offered refunds.

Personally, I don't think this is Sony taking a stance on broken games; I think Sony is fucking pissed that CDPR pretty much released a press statement offering full refunds, potentially without first consulting Sony or MS, essentially pointing their angry players towards Sony and Microsoft and going "you deal with it."

Optimization is all over the place, even for overkill rigs, for some players the system requirements are an outright lie, Gamespot's new review is crammed with spoilers, and last but certainly not least, we've got nipples and dicks clipping through clothes on the character creation screen.
