Yo all. I rarely do this, but a writer and mutual friend I greatly respect, Novel Idea, on top of having a buttload of mental issues that hit him with a hammer... now has to move.
I did kind of do a reflection of sorts on the end of Chapter 29 of ECQ&tAE, but I think I'll do a more general one for my blog.
Well... my second long story on this site is completed. ECQ&tAE, done, finished, with perhaps one lazy slice of life for Alternia and the gang down the pipe.
An author on Fimfiction is in dire need of help.
Novel-Idea's family is being evicted in the middle of the COVID crisis.
This is their stress level right now.
It changed the future… and it changed us. It taught us that we have to create the future, or others would do it for us. It showed us that we have to care for one another, because if we don't, who will? And that true strength sometimes comes from the most unlikely places. Mostly though, I think it gave us hope, that there can always be new beginnings… even for people like us.

Heya folks! Novel Idea recently put together a collaboration project featuring everyones favorite ponies, (Princess) Twilight and Sunset. It starts with them building a portal to traverse the multiverse, and each author does a short chapter following their zany adventures before it gets passed on to the next.
I signed up to participate, and as of Chapter 10, my own entry is out!
It seems like this wonderful thing is being thrown around!

SO... here's the Down Low on things.
The parents (well one of the parents) got on my butt about job hunting. Which I neglected for a bit b/c I was happy where I was... then I realized i'm not exactly in a great place career wise.
So I'm kinda trying to get a full time job and my part time contract is up and my organization, a non-profit is being very very weird about whether they'll extend me or not (they haven't hired the person that will make the decision apparently :P ).

Hello, my long-lost friends!
So, you’re probably wondering what the flipping heck happened to me. After all, the last real post I did, aside from the money stuff and a Hearth’s Warming post, was apparently 82 weeks ago, in September of 2021.
But it might just need to be edited.
Alrighty, folks. I'm gunning for 2,000 words/day this month, and even with my great run these last three weeks I'm still way behind on that goal. So I shall attempt to keep this short in spite of the many topics I want to cover today. Here's to 4k for the day!
