Hello everybody!
This short break was a much needed and appreciated, but now I'm getting back on track! I'd like to take this time to discuss some of the stuff that I have planned for the immediate future;
For The Nameless Queen;
Just as promised in a previous blog, Here it is!
I'm still working on the new Ecstasy's Delights story, but you can expect but you can expect a couple of chapters for the Hive story coming sometime next month!
See you guys later!
-A.M.
As always, a new chapter of Queen of Equestria will be released later today. I wanted to note earlier though that I have not forgotten about the Hive Alive Timeline. It's honestly just been a struggle with my whole work-life balance. Gotta pay the bills but not sacrifice time with friends and family all while squeezing in time for writing (which I always want to do because I love it). I've gotten some of Part 2 (CH11-20) done but need to finish it. I may be able to race through and
Alright, after some rest, my head is starting to work again. No, seriously, I was completely braindead after finishing "Hals of the Changeling King". Any story idea, any thought just didn't lead anywhere. It was like standing in a tiny square room and turning every way just revealed a blank, white wall I could bang my head against.
i'm so happy you don't even know right now you can't even compreHEND
thank you very much to Phoenix_Dragon for opening up book sales after everything sold out at Bronycon
Phoenix_Dragon's Without a Hive is a story I've heard spoken of often during the seven goddamn years it's been around. Yet, I've never really known anything about it.
Well, thanks to SHORTPILGRIM (who must have changed their name, because I can't find them anymore), I got to read this, and I was pretty darn impressed. Yes, this is one of those follower reward reviews — 777th, specifically — and I've still got one more!
So, I suppose you know that I posted a new Destiny/Destiny 2 crossover the other day. I'm working on it, I just wanted to give you guys and all my readers a sneak peek of the first enemy the Guardians face when they arrive on Equis.
Just so you know, it involves the Hippogriffs/Seaponies, Skystar, and Novo.
And a mysterious chasm south of their kingdom that it said to be the home of terrible monsters.
Zenex examined the weapon that Hive demon was guarding. It was called the BFG 9000. He chuckled, knowing how powerful the cannon was. He smiled and entered another chamber. He looked around, then noticed Eclipse curled up. He smiled and ran over.
“Eclipse!”
Before he could reach Eclipse, a giant dog ran up and swallowed Eclipse whole. Zenex growled and pulled out a weapon with multiple barrels. He yelled, holding the hoof-held gatling gun up. “Cerberus!!”
In which I speak on the most recent chapter of Altered Visage after the page break.
In which I drone on and on about chapter 13 of the story: "Princess of the Hive". Spoilers and such after the page break.
So one of the people who had bought a copy of Without a Hive had a printing issue where some of the words were randomly made italic. It was a problem that had cropped up before, but I had thought fixed. Apparently, this wasn't the case. It seems that the books weren't printing consistently, despite using the same PDF. Most seem to have printed just fine, but some (I'm only aware of one, though there might be more) had random italics throughout. I've been in contact with Lulu support, who
So I had some fun new this week. The Royal Canterlot Library reviewed Without a Hive! Reading it just made me so happy. The stories I've made here have been a fun hobby project, but there's something so rewarding in finding out that others have enjoyed it so much. It makes me feel like I'm doing something right.
In which I speak of the tenth chapter of Altered Visage: "Heart in the Hive", also known as the search for 100 likes. Only five more to go! Woo! As always, spoilers for this chapter after the page break.
Free time and temptation aligned, and so I wrote a new story post haste for FanofMostEverything's Imposing Sovereigns contest.
The contest presented me the opportunity to speculate on what drove Queen Chrysalis to become the mare that would refuse the possibility of Harmony as in the season 6 finale.
Hey everybody!
After some readers suggestions, I created a Discord Server for The Nameless Queen! Now we can hang out an chat in real time! I'm a complete noob at setting Discord servers, it has no bots or anything, but I hope you like this addition to the story's support links!
Greetings to all changeling OCs and changeling lovers out there. Welcome to my channel. Thanks for taking the time to check this page out. Sure, it looks blank at the moment but hopefully it will build up in time and become a little more interesting
So, I'll quickly go over a few thing regarding what channel this will be.
So I'm fairly certain you're all familiar with my flagship series, Change. Well, I have long lists of notes on each story, and the chapters within, and I have certain plans to fulfill. But then I thought 'why not include you guys in a little aspect and in turn help me make a not-so-small decision in the series' future?'.
Hello, ponies who read this blog!
Happy late new year. Wish I could have been earlier to the party. Was a bit busy staying up super late to scream at people when the clock rolled over.
So yeah. That.
Next piece of news. I'm moving back to New Zealand. The process will take about a week as we are stopping in another country for a bit (namely Hong Kong). So there may not be story updates (I'm trying to get on the case of writing more.)
