After closing last year on such a low note, let's begin this one with a happier one. A story full of innocent adventure, loving sisters, and a horrific abomination from beyond the sane reaches of reality.

You're probably wondering where I'm going with this. These are all characters I've written about who recently received tags. Masterweaver, in a characteristically crazy-awesome move, has created a group intended to celebrate them and all the other newly taggable ponies and pony-related beings, to give each of these new tags one hundred stories to its name by year's end. Thus, I have but one question:
Do you like crossovers? Do you like crackships? Do you like winning money?
If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, Thought Prism's Ultimate Crackshipping Contest might be for you. Ship Nintendo (and Sega, Capcom, Namco...) icons with ponies for a chance to win fabulous prizes. Sign up today!
Hello, everybody who enjoyed a certain crackfic back this past spring.
I mentioned in the comments of An Orderly Transfer of Power that I'd be looking at you all for favorites for the fic I was actually putting some effort into.
Well, now's the time. I've finally completed the next gigantic chapter of Changeling Space Program, with comedy and tragedy and pathos and yummy crunchy silicon chips. (As Pinkie Pie says, it's the copper inclusions that really make it.)
Go, read, and enjoy!
Long ago, in the distant days of 2015, I wrote a reaction fic to "The Cutie Map" wherein Discord delivered an ultimatum to a freshly deposed Starlight: Abandon your quest for vengeance or face the consequences.
"The Cutie Re-Mark" aired. I followed through on his promise, taking Starlight to a world of true equine equality, where the only legacy ponies left were the mass-produced love batteries that powered the changeling nation of Omnifaria. And that would've been the end of it.
I have three different stories in various stages of production, but this blog is about a collaborative effort. Dusty Tome asked me to do some creative consultation for an AU, which I was happy to provide. (Also, I wrote Pinkie Pie, which is always fun.) The first chapter is out, and you can now read the beginning of All's Right With The World
I wrote Team Cohesion... about a year and a half ago now. Wow. Anyway, it was for a ship-sinking contest, in that case deconstructing Soarin'/Spitfire by way of the Wonderbolts' tabloid awareness meeting. Well, River Road's gone and showed me up with the quasi-official sequel, Breaking (Down the) News. It's an entry in not one, but two contests, featuring the continuing adventures of
You may have noticed a sizable influx of stories in the past few days, including my own Heir A-pear-ent. The due date for Tumbleweed's Springtime Sequel-Slash-Sandbox Switcheroo arrived, and we all agreed to post everything at roughly the same time so everyone could find out who was assigned whom together. But I didn't write this blog solely for self-promotion.
So, this is kind of embarrassing. See, a while back, HapHazred asked me for advice on a contest, which I was happy to provide. Said contest then went live... and I kind of didn't say anything? So let's fix that.
If you're looking for up-and-coming new authors, TCC56 has picked some out over here. There's something for every taste between the three of them.
(And if you're looking for old authors, I just put out a story. Just saying. )
IN WHICH I AM HUMPTY-DUMPTY
Before I get into that, check out Ladybaby's newest music video! Delightfully insane, as it should be.
With that, onto the show. Or whatever you'd call my bizarre running commentary on lifeā¦
Almost two years ago, I let you all know about a not-so-little story called Songs of the Spheres. Well, as of yesterday, it's come to a close, and...
I don't like to tell people how to have fun, but given how a certain group is celebrating Mother's Day, I will cross-promote SockPuppet's Father's Day Not-a-Contest. (A nontest, if you will.) Goodness knows we don't see a lot of male characters in pony as it is. This should be fun.
IN WHICH I SPREAD THE WORD
I've led off these blogs with unusual videos before. This one takes the cake. Do you like Victorian England? Do you like maids?
The company who put this series out on DVD 10yrs ago is trying to get a Bluray Kickstarted. Please let any otaku friends know.
I know I'm already doing a little number called "Elementos of Redemption: Rising" but I feel like this is a question worth asking regardless.
What story would you like to see me give a shot at, now that the show's over?
So, it seems my latest story "The Reality I Choose," has had a pretty warm reception! To the tune of... oh. 117 bookshelf additions and 6 new followers. Um...
THAT WAS GOOOOOD.
So, as you one person probably knows, I was taking a break from writing because I've been doing it pretty much each and every day for nearly three years (even vacations were used to play catch-up) but now I feel much better and read to tackle it once more!
And first on the list is continuing my first story sequel and go one step closer to finishing, as well as a story about another certain background pony.
If for some reason you aren't reading Kris Overstreet's brilliant odd-couple science adventure/condensed history of spaceflight/footnote fiesta/narrative Let's Play story Changeling Space Program or the daily serial crossover sequel The Maretian, you may at least be interested to know that I did what I do best: I made a card out of the latter.
Hey there everyone, time for another blog post!
Remember how Statue of Liberty in Manehattan looked back in Cutie Mark Chronicles?
Well, now for some reason it looks like this:
I'm guessing she smiles because she knows what Lyra and Bon Bon did there when Berry Punch took Manehattan two years ago...
