I'll just come out and say it: seeing fanart of my fanfiction feels amazing. It makes me feel like I'm kind of a big deal on a pony fanfiction site on the internet. My user page smells of rich mahogany. I decided that rather than make a new post every time it happens, I'll start collecting it all in a single blog post that I'll update whenever you awesome people make more awesome art. So, without further ado, here's the awesome art.
Just what does this title mean? Well, some of you may have heard or seen me reference a project I've been working on lately. And some of you may have been quite curious to know what it is. Well, wait and wonder no longer. For here it is...
Well, what should I wake to this morning but to find a message in my inbox from AShadowofCygnus letting me know that he did a reading of my story, Forever and Again and Again in that wonderfully sonorous voice of his.
Thank you, Shadow! I really appreciate it.
So, a couple months ago, Quinch asked if he could read The Red Crest of Love! I'm always happy to see people use my work in other media, so I of course said yes. He wasn't happy with how it turned out and asked to switch gears. The end result features a story that's rather appropriate for the season:
Short Stories, AKA Lessie Perreves on YouTube, did a reading over the last few days of Dying to Get There.
Thanks, Lessie!
Past and future are intersecting in this blog. Firstly, AShadowOfCygnus surprised me with a reading of one of my very first stories on the site. If you ever wanted to hear what Featherweight sounded like after puberty, listen below:
Hello all,
This is somewhat overdue, but I wanted to draw attention to a couple of great readings some kind people did of two of my fics.
One is by ColonialPone who did a reading of After I Looked Up, The Stars Had Gone Away in two parts, the first of which I've included below.
Hey all. Got a few things to go over, some more overdue than others.
So, I was debating whether to post this because of my unlisted link, but this one's the one I've actually uploaded publicly.
Also, because nobody gave me any feedback, but I wanted to do it, so I did it anyways. Chapter one, at least.
So, here's the first chapter of Tangled Up In Blues read by me.
Sorry to disappear for the past few weeks. My update is that work is a royal pain the flank right now, and I'm not finding much time or emotional energy to write at the moment. Work continues--slowly--on the climactic Firefly chapter for the Battle of Outpost Epsilon, and after that, as promised, I'll shift over to Unleash the Magic - Nightmare Night for a couple chapters. Work, unfortunately, is not likely to let up for at least several weeks, and after that, I'll be looking
Those who’ve been around long enough know that once I did a casting call for Tangled Up in Blues because I wanted to finally give that story an audio reading after a decade.
However, nobody’s replied in three years, so I did it myself.
Keep in mind that this is rough and that this is unedited just to see if I should actually pursue this thing. I will record and edit some more if people like it.
Two announcements for folks today!
First off, you all might have noticed I posted a new story earlier today:

People Like My Stories, Exhibit A:
Reviews two days in a row? What is the world coming to?
First order of business: literally seconds before I made this post, Blue Jewel released a reading of As He Lay Dying, my story about the last moments of Jonagold Apple as he lay on his deathbed.
Thanks a lot, Blue Jewel!
