Minor update, but I'm currently working on repairing the cover of Our Day in Disdain that I sketched in 2016 so I can take it into Clip Studio and finish it. Also started work on revising chapter 2, which will be posted once both the cover and chapter 2 is finished

It's been a while since I've made an update on Our Day in Disdain, I had a semester of college to tend to, but I'm getting back into the game.
Just a small update but I appended the second scene in chapter 2, made it a little longer because someone I don't talk to anymore said the flow was a little too fast.
Anyway, time to tackle chapter 4.

Now of course I don't have anything on it yet, I literally only finished getting it up and running just this morning, but I at least have it now. Figured it'd be smart to get for general fanfic writing, and Lord knows I've long left that paltry little Fanfiction.net account in the dust years ago.
I said in my last blog that chapter 2 would be up when the cover pic was finished. Well I lied. Well, I kinda didn't. It implied that they would be going up together, but after finishing revising the chapter I got impatient and published it.
So Chapter 2 is live now:

Chapter five is up!
This chapter I was dreading having to do an extensive rewrite one, but fortuitously the part I had to rewrite was able to be removed entirely, so I only had to change a few things.
What Starlight Glimmer did to the Ponies of Our Town, and even more so to the Mane Six what they stumbled upon her little community, was amazingly cruel, especially from the point of view of a Pony. So I'm going to go into Starlight's character as revealed in the episode and what this says about her background.
Just a micro update for now, but while I work on revisions of chapter 3 i have updated the cover pic with a new WIP shot that's a little more visually appealing for a WIP.
Buckball Season really is one of those "that was an episode" episodes, but I still can't find a reason to be mad at it. It's light, it's fun, Applejack's spinning fault in the first scene is her best moment ever. The worst thing about it is probably the muddled moral, but there are a lot of things they could have gone with: don't take sports too seriously, another "how to be a good fan" thing, something about not living vicariously through others, etc. Well, and I'm still disappointed
So, one of my friends, Bezier Ballad, brought to my attention that the chapter of Patrilineality, Meet Our Father, could have been done differently. She had a good point, saying Metamorphosis probably should have seen Ember and Tempest as possible threats. So I tried rewriting it on docs, and Bezier was right that it worked much better. So I've replaced the original chapter with the rewrite. Let me know what you think, and if someone wants the original chapter back, I can consider posting the
