Lesson Zero Twilight Story · 8:41pm Dec 18th, 2022
I already made one. But I plan on making another one.
But this time... she is big. Really big.
And, of course, a poor little human has to deal with the giant crazy horse.

LESSON ZERO
Clock... Is... TICKING!
This is now and always has been one of my favorites. Every time I watch Twilight's slow descent into madness it's just as great as the first time. From the casual beginning to the chaotic end, I really can't think of anything to complain about. Let's break it down.
Grammar and Punctuation
'Ello, mate! 'ow are ya? Glad to have ya here. Ya wanna learn 'bout grammar and punctuation, eh? Ya've come to the right place!
Just kidding. I don't speak that way.
Anyway...
Today marks the end of a very extended story. Where Loyalties Lie: Ghosts of the Past has reached its conclusion. Along the way, I’ve learned a great deal about writing, and I wanted to record and share some of that, both for my own reflection, and because maybe some of you can benefit.
AKA the one where Twilight goes bat-shit crazy:
Fun fact: This is the first episode of MLP:FiM that I saw and is still one of my favourites in the entire series (and also the one that made me think "this pony's my favourite").
A few lessons we have learned form today's episode:
-Just because the old drugs still work does not that give anyone an excuse to use them.
-If you make a bomb threat in an airport, you go on a forever list.
-If you think the Uber driver is going too slow, maybe ask them to speed up, don't steal their car.
Disclaimer: I have no professional education in meteorology, just a weather nerd. I spend hours of my free time per day (wish I wasn’t joking) reading about weather and meteorology.
You know what annoys me as a weather nerd?
"Percent humidity" is a lousy way of measuring humidity.
Allow me to explain.
I put together another reading of one of my stories. Swimming Lessons chapter 1. It’ll be out tomorrow, Saturday, 9 AM Eastern. Hope you guys enjoy it.
For those that don’t know, my channel is here. I’ll be posting another blog tomorrow with a link to the specific video.
So for awhile now I've been sitting here thinking about the Heart of Magic, or well most of my writing as a whole. Ever since I began drawing web comics I started to realize that maybe I've been thinking about writing wrong. I used to try and write the way I saw it in my head, meaning I was a very visual story teller, but visuals aren't exactly the thing that makes writing work. Describing hair, and skin, and eyes, and what else have ye, it kinda takes away from the magic of writing and
Anybody out there ever taken a guitar lesson from a pro before? I was considering going in to learn a few new things from somebody who's been doing it longer than me, but then I saw...this.
Welcome back to Sunny Sunday! I'm Crysis Commander. In the next few Sunny Sundays, we'll look at what someone may come across when looking at negative self talk and the challenges it presents. While it is important to know one of the major factors in a lack of happiness, we must know not just where the thinking comes from, but what it is and how to manage it. Let's get started.
Probably common knowledge by now, but I like to refer to it as the Inevitability Clause. It essentially goes like this:
If something is possible, somebody, somewhere, at some point in time, will attempt and/or accomplish it.
Have fun letting your mind wander. :)
Hoo boy! This week's episode is full of dumb, and not normal dumb.
Some lessons we've learned this week:
-If you don't get a Pokemon card in your McDonald's Happy Meal, maybe don't throw a temper tantrum, and definitely don't throw punches.
-If you are having an argument with your significant other on a plane, definitely don't use the words "bomb threat", they will divert the flight and arrest you.
In light of today’s events, I feel the need to speak up in regards to friendships.
Friends are a tremendous blessing to have…but there will always be ups and downs. There will always be times when friends have arguments, disagreements, and even fights. But there will also be times we kiss, make up, forgive, and forget. It’s all part of the friendship process. Nevertheless, there are limits in this relationship.
So, you want to make your story have a bit more oomph. You don't want to simply make it about characters resolving a conflict in a setting of your choice. Instead, you want to make it leave an impression on the viewers, teach the reader a mind-blowing lesson that will stick with them for their entire life.
*vren55 sighs, gets up and screams*
*Stand-in Straw Man Oblivious Reader For My Convenience*: Vren55, what's wrong?
Lessons we learned this week:
-Don't go to a Porsche dealership with a phony check in Indiana, that only seems to work in Florida
-Don't make a fake injury claim and sue. But if you do, commit to the bit.
-Apparently pilots will draw dicks in the sky with their flight path and some of them are really good at it
Like one of my former blogs said, it is sometimes fun to look back.
Spero will forever hold a special place in my heart, as this was my first big breakthrough. I remember writing three chapters, I had to go to Poland for a few days. I had a plan to release one chapter early morning, and the next the day after the next, and the same on the last day of the trip. That way I could keep up momentum, but I had no idea how fast the story would gain traction.
