I think Generals and Zero Hour units have the best voice-overs, after that comes Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge and Red Alert 3: Uprising.

mine has got to be for some odd reason the Spotter quotes from C&C3 Tiberium Wars, when his sniper dies. for some reason I really like his quotes.

the "orgasm" (as one of my friends called it) in the middle is all of his death sounds.
the main reason why I like his quotes so much is that it shows that the dev team thought of everything basically, and since the sniper/spotter are basically just a two man team they added quotes to him in case the sniper died. the sniper gets a bit panicky when his spotter dies too, actually. whenever I have just the spotter alone and I have an armory, I always send a few units his way to intercept NOD units coming to attack him, and pull him back and send him into the armory to get a new sniper. once while I was under attack I had five snipers around my armory repelling the nod missile troopers, and every ten seconds one of them would lose a sniper or a spotter, so I would send them in the armory.

Most the units I like have been quoted already, so I'll just put up some new ones from the Red Alert Series-
