What weaknesses do they have that Discord just so enjoys exploiting.
And how will they recover from the living nightmares they suffered.
Can they bear to show themselves to Canterlot.

Pinkie Tales are a series of fairytale stories told by Pinkie Pie to the cake twins as a bedtime story. She uses herself and her friends as the characters and much hilarity ensues! Twilight is very excited to have perfected a new transformation spell. While trying it out on Cadance, however, an ill-timed sneeze turns everypony in the room into cats, including Princess Celestia.

Stuck in the form of a tiny (and adorable) kitten, without access to magic, Twilight has to find a way to fix everything, all while dealing with her growing feline instincts, the hazards of a pony-sized world, and a Princess Celestia who seems to have forgotten she ever was a pony.

As days go in the EQG world, this one takes the cake. Rarity and Applejack find themselves in prison, Sunset, Twilight, and Pinkie Pie end up getting torn to bits, and Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy wind up in a surprising situation.

Isolated from her friends and taken prisoner in the middle of a war, Twilight must deal with the very real dangers of being percieved as an enemy as well as the nightmares of her arrival on 'Earth'. Can she overcome her own fears and the fears of her captors? Will the wayward unicorn's assistance be a boon or a curse to the 'humans?' Most importantly, will she ever find her way home?

"In short, it's a story of friendship and plasma rifles, with the emphasis on the friendship. The characters are well written, the XCOM setting is fleshed out very well, and the story is compelling. If you love XCOM, you'll love the story, but even if you've never heard of it, it's more than worth giving the first 3 chapters a read.

There's excellent action later on, but the real strength lies in the collision between the friendly and naive world of Twilight Sparkle and the desperate world of humans fighting a losing war for survival and willing to do anything to turn the tide."

When Twilight Sparkle, the Princess of Friendship announces that she swings both ways, she sparks a political movement. A revolution takes place as others, too, realise that they wish to swing both ways.

The rallying cry, "Hot and steamy, sweet and creamy!" will rock the nation.

A political entry in the Weedverse.

Things are hard in Ponyville for Fluttershy and Discord; mainly because of Discord. But when magic starts to go on the fritz and eventually starts failing altogether, it's up to the main six and the Draconequus to find out what's causing it and, more importantly, how to fix it.

This would be a lot easier if anypony trusted the King of Chaos to begin with, but with bigger problems on the horizon, some things will have to wait to be dealt with. Like trust. Or loyalty. Or friendship.

Of course, sometimes what we think isn't important to deal with right now, is exactly what's needed to prevent things from getting far, far worse.
