But when she steals the purse of a seemingly common tourist, her life is turned upside down.. But all's not well in her home. Corruption, deceit and murder is commonplace, even if nopony sees it. She wants to change that and a certain Royal Guard might just be the key she was looking for.

Upon her defeat by the Elements of Harmony, Nightmare Moon is forced by Celestia to exist in a mortal Earth pony body and experience the mortal world she so despised. Five years ago, back on the rock farm, she finds a cave on one of her little trips on the edge of the farm, and inside she finds a lonely pony. Having discovered that her special talent was to make ponies happy, she approaches her and soon, Pinkie and this other pony become friends. However, this pony is not really a pony... well, not completely.

After an incident that scarred Pinkie since then, she moves to Ponyville to live her own life and meet more ponies to have fun with, hiding a troubled past deep under her happy facade. But what happens when said past resurfaces after so many years? Will the Element of Laughter be able to fix it, or will she turn her back on it and keep the grudge she has against it?

Life can be challenging for humans born in Equestria, but it's especially tough for a human raised by ponies. Rainbow Dash overcame every obstacle life had thrown at her to become a hero of Equestria, the Element of Loyalty and make five of the best friends ever. Life couldn't be better, or could it? When she saves the life of an orphaned filly named Scootaloo she realizes she may have more than just awesomeness to offer others.

King Sombra survived his defeat, but just. By the time he returned to form, Twilight became the newest princess of Equestria and the Crystal Empire was restored to its former glory.

He cannot take over Equestria the same way he tried before, but he has a card up his sleeve. Twilight won't see it coming, and Sombra might gain a powerful ally in the process.

It's crew and captain are in for a surprise when a gravitational anomaly turns into a tense situation where cooler heads must prevail.
