For millennia Princess Celestia had ruled over the lands of Equestria in peace and harmony, and in doing so the ponies of Equestria have lived a thousand years of peace and prosperity with their mighty Princess being a beacon of harmony and peace. Now Celestia's reign nears a millennia and ponies look forward to another millennium of prosperity. That is until one event that would change Equestria forever bringing back ancient dark evils and terrible secrets that could reveal a hidden dark history of Equestria and their mighty Princess.

But it may also bring hope for one ancient alicorn...

Chapter Types
Normal Chapters: These are just normal chapters and are the main core of the story, and will progress the story.
Lore Chapters: These chapters will mainly go over concepts in more detail or concepts that I want to go over more. These chapters are completely OPTIONAL, you can skip these chapters and still understand what the story is about.
Flashback Chapters: These chapters will dive into the past of the three sisters and sometimes there will be large time jumps. While these chapters are optional, I would recommend them as they will really dive into the world, help define the sisters, and explore certain events.

Hello there! so just wanted to say that this story is more than likely going to have a very infrequent update schedule (if you could even call it that) and that I am sorry if there are long pauses. I am doing this for fun and with school, my laziness, and just getting distracted by everything I see there are going to be gaps between updates. Professor Crystal Clear, Chairpony of the Board of Examiners at Princess Celestia’s School for Gifted Unicorns has always taken pride in running a fair set of admissions tests to accurately assess all candidates and select those most deserving of a place at the elite academy. Together with her colleagues, she has upheld the highest standards of academic excellence, and managed the school examinations with the utmost professionalism.

Then there came the day they met Twilight Sparkle.

Princess Celestia tires of constantly being surrounded by decorum, deference, and formality, and decides to take a day off from being Princess. But visiting Ponyville incognito is harder than she expects. Will she be able to fit in and make friends without blowing her cover?

Sunset Shimmer's life was good, she had plenty of friends and greatly enjoyed where she had eventually ended up in life. It's a shame then that reality had a different opinion on where she belonged. Now stuck in the past prior to first leaving for the human world, Sunset will have to figure out what kind of direction she wants to take in life this time around.

After all, the future she herself lived with her friends was not reachable without doing things that she now found appalling. Even so, she knows that staying in Equestria could very well doom the world to a much darker future. If she had time to draft a plan she could probably figure out something that would keep herself out of the way while also not affecting the timeline, it's a shame then that the two princesses of Canterlot would just not leave her alone!

Apparently this thing got feature mere days after publishing... somehow.

After more than 1000 years of struggles, Arceus has decided that it is time for him and his family to take a break, but what started as a visit to Equestria, becomes a rollercoaster of emotions when Celestia and Arceus begin to develop strong feelings for each other.

This fic takes place after the events of the MLP Christmas especial ("Perfect Gift") and the entirety of the "Pokémon Mystery Dungeon" saga, this means that I won’t be touching the events of the 9th season of MLP as well as the 7th generation of Pokemon (but I will make a little reference about their existence).

Also, I have taken some inspiration from: "A New World A New Way" a fanfic crossover between Pokémon and MLP, written by: "zeusdemigod131"

So when two, yet not quite humans appear in Twilight's castle, she finds herself taking on a new role. From the Queen of Equestria to adoptive mother. However, that's not going to be easy, and she finds herself wanting to kill whoever made these kids like this. Namely, half-starved and just that wee bit paranoid of those around them.

Yeah, whenever she finds this 'Shadow Weaver' she's going to banish her to the moon. And probably this Hordak as well.

Or the one where Twilight adopts kid Catra and Adora and becomes the mother figure they sorely needed. And probably blows up the Evil Horde in the process.

Since taking over for Celestia, Princess Twilight has learned how stressful it can be to rule a kingdom. Especially around the holidays. Sometimes a mare just needs time to herself. But... what could be even better? Spending that time with an old mentor, of course!

And what might happen while she is gone?

My own personal rewrite of the episode A Royal Problem. With Spike in Starlight Glimmer's place.

When Spike is called in for Royal Business to spend time with Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, the two princesses have been getting rather angry at each other, both claiming the other doesn't know how the other feels when doing their job. So, the Princesses decide to switch places and see who has the better life, but what affect would this have on Spike?

A couple typos and things were fixed/edited.
