Cereal Velocity should really be careful what he posts up on Equestria Daily. A one-shot of an Octavia story Cereal wanted to see written.

Octavia may be a gifted musician, but that doesn't mean she always liked her instrument. After all, what filly grows up wanting to play a huge contrabass?

In an Equestria where Commercial Aeroplanes are common, a blown-out window at 17,000 ft has sucked the Pilot, Rainbow Dash out of the cockpit. Now the lives of 96 Passengers depend on her young co-pilot, First Officer Fluttershy being able to safely land the plane back on the ground.

After the disastrous invasion of Canterlot, an injured changeling wakes up near a small cottage and is quickly discovered by two of the last ponies she ever wanted to see. Now, with the help of her new "friends," she has to remain undetected in a town high on changeling hysteria that would not hesitate to throw her in the Canterlot dungeons should her true nature be revealed.

Simple, right?

Too bad she couldn't have picked a worse form to stay inconspicuous...
