Only a few months after her humiliation in Ponyville, Trixie is still taking her show around Equestria. But when she ends up in a small village on Hearth's Warming Eve, they would rather watch their annual pageant than her festive performance.

Due to Trixie trixing up a spell, she and Autumn Blaze go to 1690s Salem, Massachusetts. Surely the natives will be friendly.

Not quite a mare, but unhappy being a colt. It's a hard position for a young pony to be in. Would be easier if judgement weren't in every look, hate in every scowl. For Glitter Shell, even her friends and family aren't giving her the support she needs. So, she goes to find some in her personal hero.

However Twilight isn't able to wrap her head around the concept of tax fraud to the bewilderment and Frustration of Trixie.

Starlight and Trixie come up with a new way of avoiding paying taxes.

A unicorn's immune system is bolstered by their magic. Any ailments they develop simply dampen spellcasting until things work themselves out internally. Stronger mages tend to not get sick at all, but Trixie Lulamoon is not a strong mage.

Life is a performance for Trixie. Disasters must be kept backstage and away from audience eyes. But the curtains are closing on her solo act, and somepony needs to notice so they can hop onstage to help her. She's too proud to ask for volunteers.
