Leaving Carousel Boutique the morning before he and Yona are set to debut their latest fashion line, Sandbar finds himself thinking about life, love, the future, and what his relationship with Yona might mean in a larger, universal sense.

Unfortunately, thinking's not the sort of thing that usually turns out well for him.

In the midst of the greatest war Equestria and the Griffin Empire has ever seen, two young soldiers and their army's come together to celebrate Hearth's Warming on a night of love and peace. For tonight, they celebrate a much needed ceasefire.

Written to honor the men that were bold enough to call for peace on Christmas, 1914, amidst the Great War.

(Takes place right after "She's All Yak".)

The dance has ended and it's time for everycreature to leave. But for Yona, there's still one nagging question she needs answered. Why did Sandbar invite her of all creatures to the school's dance? He could've invited anyone else, or just hung out with the rest of his friends.

Naturally, Yona isn't one to keep questions to herself. She seeks out a chance to ask Sandbar face to face, and Sandbar decides to confess.

But when Yona learns the truth, she'll be left with more questions and concerns than she had before. And it will be up to Sandbar to reassure her that everything will be okay.

Sandbar cares a great deal for Yona, but the thought of meeting her family has him understandably nervous. What if they didn't like him? Thankfully, that turns out to not be a problem, and instead, he has to worry about something else entirely.

The Test that the Tree gave to the Young Six may have been unorthodox, to say the least, but it seemingly had desirable results for their friendship.

But what if things had happened differently? What if, instead of Smoulder finding Ocellus, Sandbar completed his test first? Find out inside!
