Yona Yak is a yak. Yaks have a bad sense of direction, so when Yona gets lost in Ponyville, she needs some help getting back to the School of Friendship. Unfortunately, that means getting the attention of somepony who can understand her, and she learns that not everypony gets her as well as her friends at the School of Friendship do. But if Yona cannot get home, she will starve, and she will not let that happen. Luckily, she encounters members of the Mane Six along the way, so she is in luck.

Twilight is fed up having to take care of every threat to Equestria.
Especially since she is way too smart NOT to notice the discrepancy between Celestia's so called 'defeats' and the actual power she knows her mentor possesses.

Therefore, Twilight decides to kick Celestia's royal butt (figuratively) into dealing with all the villains herself again.

After all, the Princess of Friendship deserves some vacation, too.

Silverstream decides to correct this as soon as possible, so she recruits the rest of the Young Six to put together a surprise birthday party for their griffon friend.

However, as all of his friends are busy planning this surprise, Gallus can't help but feel that his so called friends are avoiding him. Feeling alone and abandoned on this day, Gallus unknowingly finds himself in a vulnerable position ripe for manipulation.

Rainbow Dash was only half-serious when she said she could become Princess Luna's successor as dreamwalker.
But when the Princess of the Night knocks on her door after sunset, just a few days after King Sombra's mysterious return, Rainbow Dash finds out that the Princess is very serious about it.
