The road to redemption isn’t straight, and it isn’t downhill. Princess Celestia has asked Fluttershy to try and reform Discord through occasional visits to his prison chamber, and both his and Fluttershy’s lives connect and diverge through the relentless passage of time. And perhaps Discord can see the distant glimmer of a better life... if only Fluttershy were in it.

Both Fluttershy and Discord have developed particularly warm feelings for one another, feelings that have blossomed into something far more than just a friendship. However, they're both a little lost and a little frightened about what to do with these realizations and begin to seek out guidance from their friends. Can either of them step out of their comfort zones to begin a new adventure together? (extra fluff warning)

Fluttershy wasn't expecting to find a snow globe in her closet; even if Angel Bunny pointed it out to her, it most certainly didn't come from him. The most obvious candidate is Discord, but if so - why is it there? Who is it for?

As a timeless immortal being, I never understood death and loss. I was willing to make friends and play nice, I even fell in love. But then one day I lost the pony I loved most, and sought to escape my grief. It went fine for a time, until somepony restored magic to Equestria.

Hitch was having a pretty normal day, until a strange creature appeared on the road and transformed him into a mare. He kept going on about somepony named Fluttershy, before vanishing and imploding a few buildings. Hitch misses the days before he was a national hero in constant peril.

Fluttershy is too popular for her own good. And now she has to deal with a certain creature watching her every move. Good thing she has a friend to help.

Do you ever regret things you did in the past? Whether it was accidentally insulting someone, or waging war against a concept with chocolate rain and licorice trees? Well, Discord doesn’t “regret” it, but he can admit he made a mistake or two.

But his past certainly disagrees.
