Long time no see everypony.

I'd just like everyone to know that Thems Fighting Herds is now up for pre-order on Xbox. If it's up on anything else for pre-order then I'm unaware, as I only play Xbox currently.

Just a little notice though, I am not 'back' as it were. I miss writing though terribly and have gotten back into that. I'm still working on my book, although extremely slow. It's been what, maybe 5 years now and I still haven't finished it. Writers block can be a real bitch, along with real life happenings.

An update that everyone deserves about what's been happening in my life is here.

So, in early 2019 I had been having some health issues regarding music suddenly playing out of nowhere. It was odd but I didn't think much about it at the time. It was just random tunes I know and love but would be garbled and mixed with other music that I'd think about. It would end after a minute or so with no explanation.

As time progressed the music became more frequent grew louder and more intense. I swear that Vinyl would love it. But anyway, it got to the point of serious concern and I went to get a scan done.

The scan showed that I had a small brain tumor. It wasn't aggressive though but was growing at a slow pace. Until about a month before surgery to have it removed. The final month it grew to 6 times the size it was from the scan month prior.

They said had I waited 2 more weeks I'd have been inoperable.

I literally brushed past death within a hairs width.

After surgery though I was put on medication to prevent further seizures.

Well, the meds worked but made me so tired I couldn't stay awake for more than a few hours a day. After a month of this I had them changed. The next meds made me suicidal and severely depressed. That lasted a month and I told the doctors I wasn't going to take anything at all because I'd rather live with the seizures and be able to spend time with my family than to be a tired sad and suicidal mess that my family would have to see on a daily basis.

This lasted up until around February this 2022 this year. I had read that CBD and THC could prevent seizures but sadly, I live in Kentucky.....

Medical marijuana and the like is illegal here. However, around February, extracts began to flood the market. These are delta 8 and 9 varients. From the real stuff. You'd better believe I jumped on that band wagon and locked myself in tight.

I for a dispensary and grabbed me some edibles, as I can't smoke due to allergies and blood pressure from coughing. Like a dumb ass I took a whole gummy and was blown away for a day. Yes it sucked because it was the first time I'd done it and didn't think that much would do much to me. Boy was I wrong.

The best part though is I didn't have a seizure for that entire 24 hours. Afterward I cut each gummy into quarters and took one everyday til this very day. I still have seizures every now and then but nothing bad. I've gotten them timed down to the second now so I can drive and function in society. For those curious about my seizures, they aren't the type where I start spazzing and shaking like an epileptic monkey. No, they're brain seizures. I still hear music but it isn't intense. It's like your listening to a song on the radio and the volume is at a steady 3 or 4 on the dial. They also prevent me from talking for some reason as it cause a severe tongue tied reaction in me. So I literally just shut up so not to sound weird. I can still move and function normally while having them but I pause what I'm doing just in case. I'll have a 15 second window from the time it starts to when it is at its peak and I can't act like normal. So I do have time to pull over if I'm driving locally. Long trips are a no go for me because I can't handle them.

Aside from that, my son will be 7 in a couple months and I'll be hitting the big four zero. Yes I'm an old brony, or rather, former brony since I've fallen from the fandom. I'm currently living just fine with everything considering what's happened and I'm just a perpetual grump most of the time. I DO NOT visit here often anymore. Maybe 1 or 2 times a year. So if you need to get in touch with me for any reason, please use Xbox or Discord. I'm on them daily, literally 4+ hours since I'm now disabled from the brain surgery and seizures.

Also I will not be deleting my story or account on here. I know I've said I would in the past but I just can't bring myself to do it.
