TL;DR

We're 9 chapters out of 22 into DoH3, yay! Chapter 11 is my favorite.
Still procrastinating on everything else
Focusing on myself to get more motivation to set goals and achieve them (i.e. resume regular writing after taking December off.)

Nothing too exciting to talk about, and no resolutions yet. To-Do lists are more like how I keep record of all the things I am not going to do, so resolutions usually lead to similar disappointment.

Though, I did find that getting enough sleep, eating well, exercising, etc... are still a pain in the ass, but the best way to have energy and motivation to do things. So I finally got around to cleaning my place and editing a chapter, and at this rate, I might even surprise everyone and release some extra chapters, or actually write another story.

December was cold and boring and sucked all the life out of me, not unlike all those stories where I'm sure Flutterbat goes around draining the life out of ponies, or Zipp for that matter.

Still working on my MLP rewatch and haven't hit up EQG or Centaurworld Season 2 yet... so much to do, and never the time, energy, and money to do it at the same time.

Which reminds me of a saying: When you're young, you've got the time and energy to do things, but no money. When you're an adult, you've got the energy and money to do things, but no time. When you're old, you've got the time and money to do things, but no energy.

I suppose the big take away from last year is that... there will never be the "perfect" series of circumstances to do the things you want to do. So if you want to do them, do it. Don't procrastinate or make excuses. And if you don't want to do it, that's fine! Don't do it, and don't feel bad about it.

And if circumstances do line up perfectly, take advantage of it! I'm so glad that the Gen 5 hype, my friends, and NaNoWriMo all lined up just right for me to tell a story. Now, I need to do the hard work to push through and continue good habits and hobbies, without the benefit of the Gen 5 Hype.
