Upcoming Hiatus, a Surprise Development, and New Major Project

Hey, at least I'm not vanishing into the void this time.

In the past few months, I've become part of a new horror/mystery podcast called 'the Scarab Archives.' The series will focus on a bitter professor (voiced by yours truly) and his eager intern as they venture into a warehouse of paranormal artifacts and set out to make an audio record of their findings... and accidentally uncover a threat beyond human understanding.

I'm incredibly excited about this project, but it's a daunting task. We've settled on a ten episode first season (that premieres today) and your boy happens to be the head (and only) writer. Three episodes are done, so I've got seven more scripts to write. A major issue I've run into is the balance in tone between the scripts for 'Archives' and my normal fanfic stuff. I feel like I'm in danger of burn-out.

So, in order to avoid that, I'm going to be focusing on getting those seven scripts done before I get back into pony stuff. For the next couple months, the only stuff you should expect to see from me are my entry into the "Right Back At It Again 2020 Shipping Competition" and the next chapter of 'On Swift Wings.' Everything else, from the next chapters of 'Scenes from a Life (Post Villainy)' to 'Wrong and Right' (the sequel to 'White on White') is on hold.

If everything goes according to plan, I should be back full-time by August. No more multi-year disappearances for me.
