Greetings my fellow Bronies from around the world. It's been awhile since I've done one of these. So let's make it special and make them all Student Six focused! Because honestly, most ideas I get nowadays are focused around these guys. IT sucks we only had 2 seasons of them as I found them to be fresh and new characters that really brought a lot of life back into the show for me. I loved these guys and I want to give out ideas for them for you guys to adopt.
If this is your first time reading my blog and/or Adoption post allow me to quickly explain. I have tons of ideas I get for MLP fanfiction, I can't just write them since if I did that I'd have no life... not that I have much of one anyway. Instead, I give them out for writers to do on their own free will, provided they have the ability to write and have the time to give dedication. There is nothing wrong with taking an idea from somebody and giving your own twist on it, provided you acknowledge the idea came from somewhere else.
It should also be stated that there are other adoption blogs, with ideas that have yet to be adopted. If you don’t see a story idea you might like personally on this particular blog, check out the other ones I have for a shot.

Without further ado, let’s read on shall we?

1. Title: “Hail Queen Silverstream, First of Her Name” (Adopted by Unified Dreams)
Genre: “Drama, Tragedy, Dark.”
Summary: “Silverstream knew that as a member of the Royal Family she would have to represent Seaquestria when she got older. Ten years after her Graduation at the Friendship Academy, she had been both a teacher and an ambassador for her people in Equestria. However, a sudden twist of fate results in both her Aunt and Cousin dying. With her father, the Queen’s Brother, killed years ago from remnants of the Storm King, Silverstream finds herself now Queen of the Hippogriffs, a role she never believed she would ever hold. Can she prove herself as a leader to her people or will she be remembered as a failure?”
-Inspired by a GoT fanfic called Destiny, Silverstream’s Aunt and Cousin die in a mysterious circumstance that forces Silverstream, the next in line, to become the Queen, a role she’s unprepared for. The story focuses on her trying to become a good queen and leader for her people while dealing with political situations, many wanting her hoof in marriage, looking into her aunt and cousin’s mysterious deaths, and proving herself.
-How the direction goes is up to you, but the story ends with Silverstream learning her relatives died and she is queen to her death. How she dies is up to you be it old age, assassination, battle, or whatever.
2. Title: “Fight For Yona”
Genre: “Romance, Comedy, Slice of Life”
Summary: “Ever since the dance, Yona and Sandbar have grown closer and have fallen in love with one another. Sandbar, having taken Yona to his folks and gained their approval, wants to meet Yona’s family, much to her joy as she brings all her friends to her home. However, when they get there it turns out that Yona’s Family had arranged her to be married during her time at school to another Yak. Yona loves Sandbar, but doesn’t want to cause trouble for her family. Therefor, Sandbar is tasked to beat Yona’s arranged match in three Yak contests. If he loses 2 out of 3, he will lose Yona forever.”
-I have a feeling this would be an episode if Yona and Sandbar’s relationship was explored more and we had them visiting the home of the yaks. Basically, its yours standard guy fights to win the love of his heart story, but with yaks. Make it a one shot or a multi-story, all up to you.
3. Title: “The New Dog”
Genre: “Slice of Life, Adventure, Drama, Comedy, and maybe Romance”
Summary: “With the current success of the School of Friendship, Starlight believes more creatures should be allowed entrance into the school. One of these is the mysterious Diamond Dogs, who are often seen as smelly and rotten creatures. Starlight believes this could be a chance to help heal old wounds between Diamond Dogs and other races. Rexus, a Diamond Dog who dreams of being a Ranger for his people, is tasked to go to the school and learn more about them while teaching them about him. Sure enough, he befriends the Student Six and becomes a part of their gang while going on adventures with them. However, Rexus has a secret that puts not only his life in danger, but maybe his friends as well…”
-One of the things we never saw in the finally were Diamond Dogs. Heck, we rarely seem them at all in the show and only once more in the comics. Diamond Dogs would be an interesting race to put in for the friendship academy, so this idea introduces it. While Rexus is a character I did establish for this idea, you free to put in whatever kind of character you want. The story also can go in whatever direction you want from more school drama based to adventure based. Want Rexus to have a tragic, dark, or normal backstory go ahead. You can even have him date. IT’s all up to you.
4. Title: “Ward of The Crown”
Genre: “Slice of Life, Drama, Comedy, Sad”
Summary: “When it was revealed that Gallus didn’t have a family, Twilight was unsure of what to do for the young griffin. It was clear he didn’t want to go home to nothing, but he couldn’t live in Equestria without supervision. Upon Spike’s suggestion, Twilight gets an idea and makes Gallus her ward and takes him to live with her. As time goes on, Twilight and Gallus start seeing each other less as Caretaker and War, but eventually Mother and Son.”
-I’m not sure if there are many Gallus is adopted fics, but I don’t think there are enough. Seriously, we had how many Scootaloo adoption fics and now that we have an actual orphan character we’re not going full steam ahead? Basically, Twilight makes Gallus her ward, allowing him to stay with her instead of going back to Griffinstone to live alone. Gallus is just happy not to go back, but both Twilight and Gallus have to adjust to their new relationship that goes through ups and downs, but eventually Gallus starts seeing Twilight as a mother and Twilight seeing Gallus as a son which eventually leads to her officially adopting him and making him Gallus Sparkle.
5. Title: “A Dragon’s Curse”
Genre: Sad
Summary: “After Spring Break, The Student Six save for Smolder return to enjoy another semester together only to learn that Smolder has decided to leave the school and states she never wants to see the others again. The Five wonder why and think if they did something wrong to hurt Smolder or something happened to her. This makes them travel to the Dragon Lands, but Smolder does everything to get them to stop being her friend or avoid them. Why is Smolder avoiding them? Why doesn’t she want to be friends anymore? The five, no matter what, will find the answer.”
-Basically, Smolder realizes she’s going to outlive her friends and is afraid of the pain that comes with that, so she decides to break up their friendship and stay with only dragons to avoid that outcome. She does everything to make them stop be her friends, but her friends keep going until Smolder pushes it too far and they finally leave for good. However, Smolder feels too guilty and comes clean about her fears of losing her friends and seeing them grow old. This clears the air for the group and convince her that the memories she will make will be worth it and their friendship will last even in death. This convinces her and they make up becoming friends again.
6. Title: “Farewell Ocellus”
Genre: Comedy
Summary: “After a health check up for all the students, Silverstream overhears what she thinks is Twilight and Silverstream talking about how Ocellus is dying and has only 72 hours left to live, not knowing that they are actually talking about a dying plant in Starlight’s procession. Silverstream tells her other friends except Ocellus, who are horrified that their friend is going to die soon. They decide to give her the best final 72 hours of her life while making sure not to let her know of her fatal condition so she can enjoy the day to the fullest without worry.”
-Yeah, the summary speaks for itself. I just love these plots. If you want to replace Ocellus with a different character you can.
