Am Not Dead!

Hey everyone. Sorry for the silence. The past year has not been kind to me. As such I feel an update is in order.

First, those who read my blog posts might remember that I hated my job. Good news, I've got a new one. The bad news? I'm now a truck driver who spends a vast majority of time on the road. This puts me into a weird position where I enjoy work but I don't have the ability to immediately go into creative writing.

Well sort of. Those who I proofread for may notice that I spend a good deal of time talking up Google docs as a way to write. The reason is because their android app is pretty damn good. The only thing it lacks is the ability to cleanly read comments without interrupting the story making it a terrible proofreading tool. But if the itch comes I just have to pull over and write.

So next up is the sad fact that I haven't been watching the show for the last season. I just haven't found time. I also haven't been able to help with proofreading due to not having time.

Let's cut to the chase. The problem has been time and me not having enough of it. Well this new job promises a life on the road which opens the door for having some weird time schedules. Maybe I'll vlog about it someday.

The last thing I should mention is that I no longer live in California. Currently my wife is setting up a rental agreement for a new house in Kentucky but we'll have to see where we wind up permanently. So good news, no more complaints about how much I hate California!

I'm sorry, that wasn't funny. I'm not funny...

Anyway, that's all the updates for now. No new chapter on the horizon because I haven't been able to write it. I'll work to get my creative juices flowing again but for now let's try a new sign-off.
