OK, guys. I have a problem. We, as a community, have a problem. At least, I and my co-writer think so.
Now then, onto the issue at hoof. Some Bronies keep posting their shit to Facebook, or over other social media then it just ends up on The Cringe Channel or similar things, and people just take the piss. Which, from the stuff I've seen, I don't blame 'em! Cringe worthy photoshops and the like, stuff even I cringe at! I scroll down FB, come across some MLP stuff, and groan. I shouldn't do that, but some of it is that Bad. Some of it is 'hit your head on a solid surface for an hour' bad.
I like MLP, I love the show, and for the most part, the community as well, but this shit is just smearing our already rather... Tainted name, if you will. Some of it isn't too bad, but the photoshops need to stop. At the very least, don't share it over the internet. There will always be haters, neighsayers (geddit?) and accusations galore, and we understand that, but some of us are just not doing the rest of us any favours, ya know? The heat died down over Bronies and Pegasisters some time ago now, and people decided to leave us alone mostly. They moved on. But some of us are reigniting a fire that most of us really would rather prefer was not re-lit.
Anyway, I've said my piece, but I think we should discourage this kind of thing. Some of it is really bad. I don't think you should judge anyone for what they like, but people do. In a way, I admire these Bronies bravery but if it ends up on the wrong channels, it just gets bad, fast and feelings get hurt. It upsets me as well.
Just be careful who you send your photos to, yeah?
