I tend to write beginnings of stories and have them sit around for months at a time. Sometimes I toss them out after awhile, and sometimes I keep them around because I still feel like the story I started writing might eventually come to me or I'll come up with a similar story that can use the cover image.
So, here's a few of those:
Intended to be a quick one-shot uplifting story revolving around Starlight's latest issues. I think I started writing this one around the beginning of the season but lost interest shortly after.
Intended to be a comedy/random/sliceoflife fic that would be slightly longer than my usual 2-3k words. The general premise would be that all the princessess would end up being stuck in one place (Twilight's castle) and Spike and Starlight would have to deal with the annoyance of having too many princesses in one place. The title, if I ever finish writing it, will be "The Princess Infestation".
No real reason for this one, other than that I had the random idea of a story about Derpy being called repeatedly by the Cutie Map and essentially putting Twilight and her friends "out of business". Very half-baked idea lol.
Anyways...despite having those three sit in my unpublished stories, I do have one story that's ready to be released, which is the one about Season 7, Episode 13. I'm pretty proud of it, and I'm excited to release it when the episode officially airs.
I think I remember reading you say something about that second one. In any case, I'm definitely ready to see some new stories dude.

Yeah I did awhile back. I hope to continue/finish it someday but I got writer's block. I do want to release another funny one-shot before the handful of weeks I release the sad/uplifting one I've finished. Gotta get back into the habit of writing more often.
