I'm just a little curious. . . I've had my commissions open for a while now. (2+ Years I believe) and I don't ever really get anyone interested. I'm just kinda curious as to why people aren't interested to see if I can diagnose the problem. I would really like to write more stories for commissions. It keeps me motivated and it provides more stuff for you guys to read. So my question here is: Why aren't more people commissioning? Is it the prices? Are you unhappy with my quality of work? Be honest here, don't hold back. I want to get to the true source of why stories I do, or stories I do with Snow Blitz/Thunderchaser don't draw in more commission stories.

Actually if anyone would care to look at my commission info. I'll pretty much write anything. With any characters. Embarrassing Sleep Over was not my characters. I'll take suggestions. I don't mind taking suggestions. No one messages me in the first place to ask at all. Don't assume, it makes an ass out of everyone.

I prefer quality over quantity. I'm not going to write copy and paste stories like some other people do. I find it morally wrong to charge people for a copy/paste of a previous story. While yes I could write more stuff in general (And I am generally writing all of the time) I don't post everything I write due to the fact that, if I were to start posting pornographic material. (Yes, shocker, I write porn I know, some people will find that a shocker.) People will be turned away from my page.

Only advice I can give is try asking others that do commissions how they bring ppl in or try asking on tumble an Facebook that should help you :)

Yeah, I've tried asking around, but for some reason people ignore my posts. I just don't understand how some people can get away with charging like $80 for a copy/paste story and no one even approaches me to ask :/

4443028 You know I've never really figured out how Scribe Feather gets so many commissions. Been doing stories and had commissions open for a lot longer than he has. Somehow people flock to him though. That said I from what I'm told his prices are a bit high for what he offers. But hey, more power to him if he actually makes decent money off of it.
