Since Luna's return, the diarchs' discussions have ranged from pleasantly inane small talk to world-shaking affairs of state. Sometimes both at once.
Why I reviewed it: I was looking around for comical stories.
Review
Luna comes up to Celestia with a complaint from the bat-ponies about how they fear they have offended Celestia. Celestia tells Luna it’s because she has ‘Helium-gas’ and they are some of the few who can see/ smell it. THE END.
This story takes a couple marks down due to pacing issues; it has a rather slow start, and the end seems a little too short. There is not much for grammatical issues in this story, so that helps it out. It seems as though it is one of those “Think it, write it” stories, but it still comes out ok. It deserves both the “Comedy,” and the “Random” tag, but the “Slice of Life” is rather borderline for it.
Score: 8/10 Recommendation: Recommended.
Personal Thoughts: Hahahahaha… I needed that.

You’d think that being trapped in stone would mean that, if nothing else, I could get some peace and quiet. Unfortunately, it seems that Celestia has other ideas. She has appointed these ponies.. These ‘Keepers’, as she calls them, to keep me entertained during my incarceration. Honestly? I’d prefer the boredom.
Why I reviewed it: I was searching for AU storied and stumbled upon it.
Review
Discord is in stone and a pony gets tasked to keep him company and clean him. That pony gets old and her daughter takes over. The daughter doesn’t think the job is important so she hands it over to her daughter, who is the only one Discord cares for, works until she is old and then her daughter takes over. The one that Discord cares for dies and he gets out and promises that no harm will ever come to that family from him.
This is a very sweet story about Discord finding love and becoming reformed without the mane six helping, and the pacing is oh-so-perfect. I noticed no grammatical errors in the text, so that is a bonus. The story feels very planned out, which helps with it’s pacing, and highlights the important, versus the filler. It deserves every tag it is given, and I cannot seem to think of another one to give it.
Score: 9.5/10 Recommendation: Very highly recommended.
Personal Thoughts: An absolutely amazing story that does a very good job with all aspects of itself. This story, however, will leave you wanting more just because of how amazing it is. And it almost, almost mind you, brought tears to my eyes while reading it.
Keepers of Discord is one of the best stories I've read on the site, bar none. You may have been able to keep from crying. I didn't.
If it were me, I'd give it a 10, but that's just me. Good review for just a second one.
