I am truly sorry about how long it was taking to begin the next chapter of Pokémon - The Equestrian Chronicles...
I am quite busy playing through the following games to pick out bits and pieces to put into Sean's story about his journey to the ponies;
- Pokémon SoulSilver Version
- Pokémon Platinum Version
- Pokémon White Version (pending)
- Pokémon White 2 Version (pending)
- Pokémon Y (pending)
But, I'm finding quite a few parts pretty difficult to write out, mostly battles with little bits of other details I wanted Sean to focus on. I am also finding it pretty hard to describe certain things and plot lines in later chapters pretty hard to write down, it is a simple 'I know what I want, but am having trouble putting it down' kind of situation, for both Pokémon - The Equestrian Chronicles and a little spin-off detailing accounts and events outside the main story that is yet to be published. So it is why I'm asking for...
...A beta-reader or an editor...
This allows you, if you accept the offer, to get to be a part of the creative process of Pokémon - The Equestrian Chronicles, and get to see parts of the story before anyone else. Kinda like a lot of beta-readers, I have some requirements that need to be filled in order to pass being a beta-reader for this fanficton...
Beta-Reader Requirements;
#1 - Must have sizable knowledge of Pokémon from the games, the anime and manga is a bonus, but the games is where it is truly important. You also have had to play at least, Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby, or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, any knowledge you have from Pokémon games prior to those previously listed four will boost your chances greatly, only as far back as Pokémon Diamond Version or Pokémon Pearl Version. Any game prior to Diamond and Pearl would be pretty insightful, but will not boost your chances as much...
#2 - You have to be pretty good at writing battle scenarios. I am finding it pretty difficult to write out certain battles to make them exciting, especially important battles I want to focus on, like a certain Gym Battle or a battle against a Legendary Pokémon for example. They are mostly the main reason why it is taking so long...
#3 - You definitely need to know quite a bit about music, specifically video game music and/or music you would hear on soundtracks. So my story would feel more like a 'game' than most others, unless the track has chanting in another language, no track with lyrics will be permitted. It's important that the track can fit the mood or tone of certain parts, and I would like to know any unfamiliar track suggested, along with its official title...(Example: Primal Dialga theme 'fan title' - Dialga's Fight to the Finish 'official title')
#4 - (this one's a gimmie) You got to have great grammar and spelling...for obvious reasons...

One more thing, this is an option, if you happen to know how to properly write phrases in Japanese (that isn't from Google Translate), you are practically hired immediately/on the spot/etc. To let me know how well you can help me write, PM me your example of this scenario...;
-Two trainers are engaged in a 3-verses-3 battle, the first is a good-natured boy or girl with a fully evolved starter of your choice, a Pokémon that can defeat the starter's weakness, and an Articuno. The second can either be a jerk of a trainer or a compassionate trainer who possesses a fully evolved starter that can defeat the boy/girl's starter, a DRAGON-Type of your choice, and a Tyranitar. The boy/girl wins the battle narrowly, but it's his/her starter that claims victory, and Articuno is a girl that can speak telepathically to the trainer only...-
You can use one track from Pokémon's soundtrack, and another you feel fits the scenario that lacks lyrics at all (Put the tracks and the source game/movie/TV show it came from like this: -[Megalovania - Undertale]- or -[The Dragon Warrior - Kung Fu Panda 3 Official Movie Soundtrack]-...), and put it on top of a paragraph...
I would like to move on with this story, and I don't want to keep you readers waiting any longer.

3923994 You are accepted as a proofreader...I will PM you the links for the upcoming chapters and give you some details about them if you're confused about certain parts, since it is pretty different from most Pokémon stories. Right now, I'm working on a segment for Twilight and the others to understand how Sean became the Pokémon Trainer he is. I can also send you the links to a few of the chapters that will come afterwards, if you want...
Oh...I can't believe I forgot to put this down, I am in need of someone who can read and write Japanese in the proper sentence structure, since I have been using Google Translate to put down the Japanese lines...If you know anyone who can, please have him/her help out too...
