Empress Rarity's 251st Birthday (ER251) is finally out after long months of preparation.
Thank you, everyone, for your support during ER250, and for giving me the courage and the motivation to create ER251. It means a lot, and you've all been so wonderful. I do want to spend a few minutes and just talk about ER251, and my thoughts, feelings, and hopes for the story. I don't want to ruin anything for anyone, so I will give this some spaces and give the chance to go read the prologue of the story first. I won't be spoiling anything, but this will sort of be like a director talking about their movie before it comes out; just covering the basic stuffs. So things like setting, hopes, goals of the story. I won't be giving any spoilers about ER250 either.
One more thing, Chapter 1 is going to come out tomorrow.

ER251, as evident of the title, is placed a year after the events of ER250. It is being designed as a much more different story than any of the other Birthdayverse stories. This one is going to focus less on Comedy and Slice of Life, and give way to more Action and Adventure. I still hope it will cause you to have a laugh, but will hopefully give some awesome action scenes along the way. There are new places to explore. Plans are moving forward, characters have to overcome difficulties and grow. A couple of friends here have forgotten, as time moved on, just what it means to be a friend, and not to sound cliche, but the magic of friendship as well.
Friendships are powerful things. Incredible power and strength lies in them, and when they get broken or damaged, even ending, it can be quite the painful experience. But like everything, friendship needs a constant maintenance to prevent it from slipping into disarray. Repairing them can be tricky, but it is possible too.
The plot is exciting, this story is going to be awesome, if I can just toot my own horn here a bit. Out of all of my stories that I have stashed away inside of my GDrive, ER251 has to be one of the more... 'interesting'. It is elaborate, and intricate, but in a good way. There is a lot of fun and great stuff to tell. Rarity and Twilight are the main focus, but there are other stories- other things going on that need explaining as well. Blueblood and Sandy Gale aren't finished with what they are doing, and neither are Commander Onyx, Silver Dash, or Merry Sapphire.
One of the future things I am still thinking about is if there will be a sequel or if ER251 will just have two arcs in it.
I mentioned earlier about more stories. I love the Birthdayverse. The dynamics are changing, it's just a huge sandbox to play, and the stories to tell, my gosh there are so many. So much to do with it. There is a "Origins" Trilogy that will explain certain basic parts of the Birthdayverse, including why Celestia and Luna left and what happened on their adventure. There are stories detailing what happens to Smarty Pants and her friends when they grow up. And there is sort of a dark one as well, title "Nightmare Arc" that is about Rarity and Luna.
So exciting things there, but.
But I also want to "go out on my own". I want to do stories that are independent of this fun little alternative really that has been created by Autumnschild and myself. There are some way AU stories, some Romance stories, this awesome adventure story with Trixie. A changeling-Rarity story. I have placed a "Work List" on my user page which will display rough estimations on where I am with writing, what I am working on, and what I am editing. This will let you know what I'm doing and what stories I am on.
