Well, it looks like everything still works. Let's see if I remember how to do this.
*Shrieking microphone feedback noise*
Okay, but seriously, I'm sorry for the long absence everyone! Things have been... interesting, and busy, and strange. Also with one thing and another Ponies wasn't really a high priority show/fandom for me for a little while. But lately I've been feeling like I could use some of the nostaglic sweetness and relatively avoidable-drama of this site and (certain aspects of) the MLP fandom in general.
There's a couple reasons why--one is that season 5 is mostly pretty great.
The other is that I am writing this post from my apartment in Japan, where I've been living for ~3 months and will continue to be for at least another 9. So that should give you a sense of the "busy and strange" piece also.
Anyway, I'm firing up the old fimfiction account in preparation to Get Stuff Done. Suffice it to say, my NaNo project this year involves pounding away at ELA--and hopefully even like, 25,000 words should be plenty of space to finish the story. But we'll see how the month plays out.
I also have a couple of other things that may or may not get posted, including some old writing I've been meaning to post and never got around to.
