And you probably thought I was dead!
Well, considering two weeks ago was my birthday, and I still don't remember that day - or the following - it's safe to assume I was pretty close to death at some point. At least the police were nice.

Anyway, as to my writing schedule, after a few weeks of vacation with the family and decompressing after finals - I had to write 5 major essays for my professors right at the end of the year, meaning I didn't have much time nor inclination for recreational writing - I'm finally getting back into the swing of things.
Asylum is currently on hold till next month. I have a portion of the next chapter finished, but I hit a stumbling block and decided to work on something different for a short while to get myself back into the flow of things.
As to the other project, well... I'm two full chapters in and about to start working on my third. It's not going to be published soon, though - I want to wait till I have most/all of it written first before I start posting chapters, so I can avoid the huge delays that have plagued Asylum. It's my biggest regret that I haven't been as productive and responsible when it comes to timely updates there.
Still, the story will be finished. I promised last time that there would be big plans ahead, which I will be revealing... next month. And no, this isn't because I'm just one big cock-tease. And no, it's not because I'm just making this up on the fly and don't know what I'm really going to tell you.
Anyway, give a big shout out to Dreamingnoctis for his awesome art skills! And congratulate him on his one year anniversary!
