News Concerning Zero Hour

I am rewriting my first chapter, I will very likely rewrite my second chapter, I will probably revise and reformat my third chapter, and etc. Chapter 5, which may or may not be done, will have to wait until such a time that I am satisfied with my revisions.

I thought I would be sorry that, those of you that bother that is, some readers will be reading my story all over again; but I'm actually quite relieved. I am enjoying the rewrite-- the way I enjoyed it when I first started writing this story. I didn't realize when I had lost my zeal, but I am overjoyed to have found it again; even more so, to put it to good use.

The rewrite will not be a completely different tale, but simply a retelling from a better storyteller with a keener sense of direction. I had prioritized Zero Hour as a project; practice for my colleague and I before we pursue our true ambitions. I wanted to keep everything in house and on a schedule, but I forgot that our chief priority was writing a good story.

In line with that goal, I have decided to no longer abstain from the wonderful resources provided here, at my fingertips. I will be making use of pre-readers, editors, and everything in between to ensure my story is quality; and at a much better pace than my colleague and I alone can manage.

I am glad that anyone likes the story as is, but I am positive you like the revised version even better; as I do.
