I'm just glad she's alive.
Glad she still has her life ahead of her. So much to do, so much to see.
I know this is preaching to the choir but here goes anyway. Having you as her friend is a giant step forward now try and get her to open up to others. There are many places that will help her without judging. I wish her good luck and tell her that this old dragon is pulling for her.
