Writing Episode 3...

So I'm about 4,600 words in, written about half the episode so far. Decided to go ahead and let the two remaining Mane Six ponies make their appearances here. If you've been keeping track, then you know who they are. I don't want to give away too much, but I decided to let Derpy have more of the face time she deserves in this episode. It's not all about her, though. Trust me, you'll dig it.

So, between job and school most of my time during the day is occupied. Which is okay, because I do much of this writing at night when my kids are asleep and the wife and I take a little time for ourselves. It's awesome to be writing just for the hell of it and not because I've got a deadline for the following morning. Because I've done that, too, many a late night was spent covering this or that event and putting together my story and photos so they're ready first thing and my editor doesn't chew my ass out. I have a very short list of crappy bosses I've had, and she's got the top of it secured. Last I heard from her, she didn't seem to have anything better to do than troll her organization's Facebook page. I'm just sayin'. What I wouldn't give to have Princess Celestia ask her if she likes mmmmmbananas...
