Episode 2 Update · 5:25am Jun 22nd, 2012
I've finished the rough draft of Episode 2, clocking in at about 8,000 words. If I can help it, I'm actually going to try and hold off doing any editing work until the weekend. Got plans to take the fam to see Brave tomorrow, which should be fun and a good opportunity to decompress a little from all the college and ponies stuff I have going on lately. Then I can do my homework and editing over the weekend before I start my new job next week.
That being said, I'm sure you guys will enjoy Episode 2. How do I know? Pinkie Pie told me. How does she know? She's in it.
Also be ready to see one other Mane Six pony plus a background pony. There. I think that's enough to whet your appetites until I finish and post the episode, which should be no later than Sunday night. I don't really want to commit to a schedule of when I'll post future episodes due to my state of affairs including my aforementioned job. They'll get posted when they get written, and I'll keep writing because it's fun.
I'm still trying to get this up on Equestria Daily, and I'm still trying to figure out how to get an appropriate cover image for it. If I can't find a brony artist gracious enough to provide a little something pro bono, then I'll probably settle for borrowing one of the Ponyville background images I've come across lately. As always, any assistance on this would be appreciated.
