BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH! · 1:14am Nov 7th, 2014
So my computer kicked the big one on me. My friends looking it over this weekend but it looks like he's going to have to whip it and install a new operating system. He is going to try and save the half of a chapter I had done. If not I'm going to try and figure out how to access google docs on my kindle.
In my experience, the BSoD does not affect things like saved documents. It's really not as big a deal as people make it out to be.
If you find out how, tell me I haven't been able to get to Docs on my Kindle in a month or two, and it's useful for me.
Yeah, he's going to start it and safe mode and save my docs to an external hard drive.
This is so true. Before February 2014, I had a computer that would bluescreen a lot, it got to the point where it was just an inconvenience. The Blue Screen of Death is actually a registry error, by the way.
It's cool. Just as long as we get a chapter before the year is out.
Use a browser to go to Google docs and log in. DON'T use Google drive... it's shit. After getting shitty drive it took me an hour to get Google to stop shunting me to the damn thing.
My computer Bluescreens once a month. Other than that it works like a clock.
