So I saw this while poking around the internet: Machinima is making a short Justice League series in 2015.
To be honest... I'm not that excited.
While it'd be great to see the Justice League again, the way it's described in the post makes it seem like they're still pushing the "dark and brooding" angle. Even if it is an alternate universe, I just think that the darker angle doesn't work for some heroes (like Superman). Maybe they'll surprise me (I mean, Bruce Timm is attached to the project), but until then I'm just not feeling it

I will withhold judgment until I find out if they're talking "Young Justice" dark or "Frank Miller" dark.
I really don't want it to be Frank Miller dark.

The Flash doesn't quite work with dark and brooding that well.
Yeah, I already asked a couple people what they felt about this. The general vibe seems to be....nervous.
