Chapter 76 & Release 75

Okay, after much technical difficulties, 75 is finally here. The version got corrupted twice, and we had to switch transfer methods, but I finally managed to get the full revisions from my editor and the chapter will go up in a few minutes, once I format it for online viewing. :)

76 is also mostly done, minus the final scene. Although I've come to a horrifying conclusion. I'm never going to catch the buffer back up again. The story is going to finish before I can manage to bolster enough momentum to do that. Blarg. We have a few major arcs left at this point, estimating 5-7 chapters an arc. Then the epilogues. There are three of them this time, again in chronological order. Then Mender's story will be done for a bit, and I'll be taking a short vacation.

After that? Well, the gaming project is still in alpha stages but I hope to at least get some fundimentals up about it soon. Alongside school, the game, and a potential third story, I probably won't be doing a huge amount else except for recharging my writing batteries. The 'third' story I use only loosely, and it will probably be more a collection of shorter stories at one or two chapters apiece of either afterthoughts to the Menderverse, or alternate 'What If' scenarios. Oh, I also have a side project I'm working on in addition to the Outtakes, but that will remain a secret for now. Heee.

Heh, that was a rather sad ending to that series.

I'm glad you particularly enjoyed Mender's story so far. I'm considering actually writing a story set in the other universe about the Keldarians and Grosh, given that they're original to me.

excited to see a new chapter. but now scared to hear the end is getting nearer. I have never been this attached to any story since a Pokémon fic I read years ago which ive reread 3 times. even tho I have never been into magic or sci-fi, this story is soo good that I looked past that and cant help to love it. i feel like im gonna be very depressed for awhile after reading the final chapter

So very excited for the next chapter! I am a slight bit confused however... When does the Hearths Warming short take place?... I would assume a couple months after 75, but I got so confused about the short that i couldn't read it through haha... Sorry if I'm being a bit dumb and asking stupid questions, but you know, inquisitive minds and whatnot!

A long while back, I announced that I'd be collaborating with a few ponies and working on a text-based pony game. An RPG, probably set in Pending Universe. It's getting its engine designed right now.
Why yes, yes I did. I just re-ordered it to the front of the list due to a request from a pony. It's the same chapter.
