    What Could have been

I feel the need to list off these, since they're still sort of mulling around in my head:

Sequel to Love in a Hopeless Place

As part of the fic showed, there were original plans to do a sequel or two.

    And It's over.

For what it's worth, I assume it was very apparent that I am no where near as active, and I honestly haven't had the desire or drive to keep up with the show or fandom.
So with that said, I think I can safely announce that I'm retiring.

I'll still be around, but I don't think you'll be seeing anything new from me.

    Serious question time.

    Who's the better Parents:

Bow and Windy or Bluestreak and Firefly?

    Last rounds of updates

    Honestly?

    I'm kinda burnt out.

I'm not as active as before, so...

    Well that happens.

I got a few stories left in me, so we'll see what I finish with.

    Figuring it out.

Sort of stuck on figuring out what to do.

-A LyraMac story, with emphasis on the pair.
-Continuing bits with the Moondancer Six. If anything, those stories aren't going to be focused on writing counterpart episodes, because that's not really something I'm interested in doing right now. These stories are more offbeat, Slice of life, stories focused on the characters proper.
    -More Trash

I survived Hurricane Iselle and All I got was a nice commission. · 1:42am Aug 9th, 2014

I'm alive.

House is fine, Car is fine, Dogs are fine.

Out family Greenhouse...not so much.

Four walls got shredded (it's all mesh shade cloth), about $1200 worth of plants got knocked down (most of it is salvageable though), one of the pipe we use for support is bent at a 45 degree angle, and three more got pulled out of the ground (we reburied one, left the other alone and the last one was lifted off the ground about 2 feet and slammed into a wooden Bench), and one bench was knocked over and totaled.
afew bits of plastic sliding got ripped off our old house, and one of the old tractor garage walls collapsed, but the damn thing was falling apart anyway.

the good news is that we fixed most of the damage in about 7 hours.

the bad news is we still have to face Julio.

Acouple of my friend have no power, and I still need to check on my grandparents though.

So all in all, things are a bit rough, but could have been much worse.

the other good news is that I got a free commission from Nineveh.

I think you know what this is going towards.

Oh thank god you're okay!

I thought you were in a hospital or worse.

Geez, I overreact don't I? I nearly had a friggin heart attack! Ah well, at least you're okay. Most people aren't at lucky as you.
Well, I live in Michigan, so the worst we get are blizzards and floods. Hardly any tornados or anything. And it seems like the closest thing we ever get to them are wind storms. I'm just so lucky aren't I?

But enough about me, how are your friends and family holding up...?

Err... uh... n-not to be nosy or anything! You don't have to answer or anything. I was just wondering. Not being creepy...:facehoof:

Everyone seems fine so far.

Ahaha both storms missed/will miss Maui :rainbowlaugh:

I mean, I was kinda looking forward to a nice long weekend of pounding rain, but eh

Glad you're alright. Be safe for round two!

Current predictions are that Julio is going north and is likely going to miss the islands.

key word is "Predictions"

2356683 Okay, good. But keep an eye out!
