I need your ideas for Upright and Uptight chapter three. · 12:06am May 31st, 2014
Ideas are to be short and brief. Maybe one hundred words or less. Walls of text are ignored.

Mature chapters can be branched off later. I am open to those eventually.
Romance is certainly an option and the tag can be added.

The first pony with whom our hero lives is the ever-dependable Applejack. She is unamused by his laughable work ethic, and quickly sets about remedying it.
More information on what Equestrian humans were like and what happened to them would be nice. And if Celestia remembers them, then Luna probably does as well...
Twilight Sparkle, through a misunderstood conversation with Fluttershy, believes that Marc has imprinted romantically on Princess Celestia. She is torn between helping him be a better human for her, and her own embarrassment at the concept of romance.
Meanwhile weasels conspire to steal his shirt.
He accepts Equestrian nudity and becomes a nudist.
Also, I calculated very roughly that humans should be faster than ponies on average, so Mr. Main Character should be fat and out of shape.

At the party, Malesco asks Celestia what she knows about humans.
And why not make him a philanthropist? He seems to care about the well-being of others a lot, so why not put that to good use?

She was also completely out of breath at the beginning of the episode after running a much shorter distance at a much slower pace, and with several stops. MLP doesn't have completely reliable physics, so you're just choosing the ponies' most outstanding moments, which is the opposite of what you should be doing if you want accurate data.
Has anyone calculated pony jogging and running speed in running of the leaves? I know people have created models of ponies running and walking.

I'm downvoting you because I hate when Pinkie shatters the fourth wall in stories, with a passion, and I don't want it to be part of the story. She's always subtle about things in the show, if she does break the fourth wall at all. And it's never a main plot point of the episode.
Also, I think we may have gotten a bit off topic. If you want to carry this discussion further, I imagine there are plenty of MLP groups that would love to compare head cannons.

No, that's not forgiving someone after they told you they didn't want to hurt you, which also implies they wont do it again.
Ignoring Death of the author would be more like expecting your intent to be known, and expecting, in that situation, to be forgiven without doing anything. In the case of an actual author, they could always write a next book in the series that explained what they wanted, or they could edit the book if both the author and their readers like the author's interpretation better. Otherwise, anyone reading the book will likely only see the book, and not the authors words of intended interpretation.
With how many books have you read the author's every related comment. None, because it's impossible.
