These episodes will be added because they will mean something later, Such as the dresses and suit for the Gala, Pinkie's Pinkie Sense, Introducing the CMC, Introducing Zecora, the backstory of the Mane Six, Sonia and Geo.
Other episodes such as Griffon the Brush Off, Look Before You Sleep, Swarm of the Century, Winter Wrap Up, Fall Weather Friends, Show Stoppers, A Dog and Pony Show, Over an Barrel, A Bird in Da Hoof, and Owls Well that Ends Well will be skipped over mainly because they have absolutely nothing to do with the story.
