Anime Convention Final · 2:04am Apr 14th, 2014
Today I went alone to the convention. Gf was too hurt so she told me to go and get us something. As I explored I went into the dealers part of the convention and saw a bunch of things that made my brain go poof TWICE! XP So many awesome stuff, real weapons (made out of steel and stuff), cool gun modules, awesome plushies, cool drawings and other cool things.
I also got to take a few pictures of people in awesome costumes, I almost got my character and my gf's character drawn but I was 11$ short >_< he was an awesome artist too! I also got to talk to a few of the dealers and ask how they made their stuff and what they used and stuff like that. I ended up buying a plastic sword from Bleach and for my Gf I won't say since she'll read this later on ;) Sorry but you gotta wait love.
After that I walked around then entered the game room. There me and this random played this weird game on DreamCast that we had no idea what it was called. All we know is it was side scrolling ship shooter VS. game. No idea what it was called but we screamed, "wtf, this isn't making sense."
We tied but I swear I will win the next one! >_<

After that it was time for the ending ceremony there we were given a raffle ticket and we recieved some free gifts. Randomly enough I was called up, i've never won one so I was like wow. Wasn't too excited but a few people were saying, "Why isn't that hunter crawling?" or something like that. All I heard mostly was hunter and crawl. For the prize I got a deck of cards for a game called, "Cards Against Humanity." I wasn't too excited over it, I don't play card games so I said thank you and took it without saying much.
After that was over it was time to head home, I waited for my ride and while doing so I heard from behind, "I can't believe it! I lost my money, had my stuff stolen and I lost the raffle." He also mentioned how he wanted the deck of cards of I got so i turned around and said, "Hey kid!" he looked up and I pulled out the deck of cards, "Here. You can have them."
His eyes widened and he stared at me, "You mean it?" I smiled back, "I don't play card games and you gotta have a good memory from this."
So he took the cards and thank me, I told him it was nothing since I wasn't too into card games. After that my ride came but I gave him my solute before leaving. Was about to say, "May a Protector shield you." but I know he wouldn't understand lol. After that I left and I told my Gf what I did. She was proud and happy for me, I was proud also and I hope that kid remembers me for a while ^_^
Well thats all that happened, I hope next year will be better and I find more bronies and other cosplayers that I remember from games and stuff. It was alot fun and if you're the kid who I gave the cards to. I hope you're having fun with them -brohoof-
