So here's the dealio: depression isn't fun. When I first heard of a person who had it, I laughed and thought he was being a bit of a ninny. As it turns out, it's something else entirely, and when your life so far has been a veritable trainwreck of bad decisions made by inexperience and apathy, you realize the hooks were already in deep before you truly began to realize what the nature of this

No, I'm not dead. If you've not realized it yet, updates that take upwards of a month to do is a normal thing for me.

S4: It Ain't Easy Being Breezies

    Better late than never!

    - Breezies. Tiny butterfly pony-people that speak a flargen-floogen language. This amuses me greatly, to the point where I believe this is the first episode in a long time that I went back to rewatch.
    - It's all Spike's fault, and he's still a doormat.

Update: TE Chapter 16 and the Week-Long Haul · 12:27am Apr 12th, 2014

That's what I have done for this chapter at the moment. I expect the word count, in accordance with what is to happen in this chapter, to come close to double of what I have thus far, so don't expect things to be finished for a while. There's also a lot of difficulty for me in writing scenes which have very little physical action in them: the characters are literally sitting there and talking with each other, so besides the dialogue itself, it's hard to fill in the space so it isn't all just a wall of talk. I've been working on that one, too.

As many of you may also be aware of, Easter is coming up this week. My workplace is rolling out a number of promotions for this month, and several select promotions that culminate on Easter this week, in addition to family functions I've to attend, so I expect I will be extremely preoccupied with being out of the house for most of next week. This update will, again, be a long time coming. The release was originally planned to be the end of the week to a week and a half from now, but I didn't expect this much of a workload to pop up, so I apologize for that.

The occasional bout of writer's block has left me experimenting with some other stories, and with some new resources shared with me by fellow authors, I've made far more leeway in expanding my writing routine and self-editing awareness. To this end, once my initial batch of stories has finished, I will publish my stories in the more traditional method: I will have a completed story already half-finished with editing before I decide to publish any future stories, to prevent hangups that so often plague me during these impromptu serial stories and the lack of consistent updates.

That's all for now, folks. Hope you have a nice day.

I found a Military Bronies Forum on this site. Just type military bronies forum on the search engine here and you should find them. They should have someone to help you w/ your questions that I can't answer about [Redacted]. :applejackconfused:

I was unaware promotions existed anymore. You must work somewhere outside the US.

2002060 Actually, I do live and work in the US. I work at a restaurant.
