I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT!
I love how they included Flutterguy! I mean, I knew they would but actually mentioning something that from my understanding was an idea from the Brony community, well, I squeeled in excitement. Fluttershy's singing was wonderful, as it always is. Oh! And Pinkie in general was hilarious! The way she just popped up everywhere, ahh! I love her.
AND THE ANIMATION! DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE ANIMATION!
But! The most wonderful, ridiculously brilliant thing about this whole episode was Applejack. I'm sorry, but I had to watch her exchange with Big Mac over and over. I just get warm feelings inside me when the Apple family interact with each other and I especially love it when Big Mac sweats bullets out of fear of Applejack even though he is obviously the oldest. It turns me into a puddle of goo.
But Applebloom and AJ just staring at Goldie Delicious and her cats....
Priceless.
And then Big Mac sweating bullets when Fluttershy was shaking that nice flank of hers. Yeah, may not have been for that reason but still....my eyes saw everything. AND CHEERILEE! Gah! No...no, stop. Stop, Lilith. No. We aren't going to freak out on the fact that she fainted while listening to BM sing. NO. STOP. Don't go there!
She totally fainted listening to Big Mac sing.
Ooh! Ooh! And did anyone else notice that they may have hinted at Applejack's key episode!? Cause I'm pretty sure they did at the end! The Ponytones were booked for the Apple Family Zap Apple Jam Extraordinaire! Zap Apples...Rainbows....key....APPLEJACK.
Or...it may have something to do with that Applebloom episode coming up, that may be it.
BUT IT MAY BE HER KEY EPISODE!!!
I hope it's AJ's key episode. I really, really do. I'm going to throw a party when her episode comes up. It's going to be beautiful.
I also can't wait to hear some really awesome remixes of the song they sang in this episode. I enjoyed it immensely.
So, in conclusion of this episode rant that really had nothing more than me freaking out was that Applejack is best pony, Pinkie is mad superb, and Flutterguy is too remarkable for words.
In other news, I'm currently working on another piece of fiction that takes place during the episode "Simple Ways". Um...unfortunately for those who ship it, it's not a RariJack story, I apologize. Heh, but I do have good excuses for that! (No...no actually I don't. They're pitiful. Just awful excuses.) But please be patient, it may be another week before I can submit it, I'm having trouble in some spots and need a bit more time to smooth them over. BUT IT WILL BE SOON! YAY!
