One big chapter! Cliffhangers only exists to draw television viewers back next week, they do not belong in a world where we can see and or read the entertainment whenever we want.
I hate cliffhangers so much. Such a sadness when I see them. So I say big chapter if you would!
Use cliff-hangers when appropriate.
Besides that, give us the story the way you want to.

Its alot better to just have a big chapter, cliff hangers can be very annoying, especially on how you do it. Its just better to be patient and finish the chapter. Good things come to those that wait.
