Well, this isn't whoring to line my own pockets, it's for a charity event, so that makes it not only okay, but a good thing!

Here's the skinny. There's an event called Endure 4 Kindness hosted by the folks at Random Acts, a pretty cool charity group. For the event, people are doing any number of things to help raise money one random act at a time. I'm going to be attempting to run a stream of me doing writing, reading, or gaming for as long as I can go. Donations are sent though Crowdrise, or through a Paypal link on the event's page on Random Act's website.

Starting at 10am Eastern time on Saturday, I'm going to turn on my stream and start going. The only thing that's going to stop me short of death is internet trouble, and neither of those things is particularly likely. More details can be found on my donation's page here.

If you can't donate, please spread this around to anyone you know who might be interested in either watching, donating, or participating themselves. It's going to be fun and let's see if we can't get some money to these people while we're at it.
