Lost Deep

I'm quite mad. Like something right out of a Lewiss Carroll work.

    Star Trek: Starfleet Maintenance

Thank you to the force of polite and avid readers with better typo-finding skills than I. With your help, I've fixed a lot of the small niggles, and added the "human" tag. That's not the important bit. The important bit is the character list.

    A moment of sadness

I've gone over the canon in my story, and it all points toward a time between S3 finale and the S4 opener.
    So...
Episode Maud Pie hasn't happened, so I can't (easily) use Maud Pie in The Monsters She Lost.

I think I may be bad at this...

The Monsters She Lost: 4,325 words, not sure how many are refined.

What's that? That's not all that much of progress in five months? Well, it's part of a complex writing method where I try to find a job, fail, start going to school full-time, remember that I'm watching Star Trek: TNG, and then write a completely different story.

    REORGANIZE! REORGANIZE!

    Status report: 1,114 words, unrefined.
WAIT A SECOND, that's LOWER than what it was last time! That can't be right!

Indigone? · 10:02pm Aug 30th, 2013

So, I'm working on The Monsters She Lost, but due to my nature I think a lot about things. And I've been thinking about Indigo Glow! The issue is... I realized that the core idea behind Indigo Glow does not cooperate well with what I want to write into it. In short, it was a poorly thought-out idea. I really should have seen this coming, because I usually think about ideas enough to realize when they're poorly thought out before I put them on the internet.

Anyway... I guess my point is, I'm not sure if I'm going to continue Indigo Glow, because I have no idea what I'm doing with it. I wouldn't delete it, for that matter I probably wouldn't even cancel it, just set it to 'hiatus.'

Any thoughts?

Put it on hiatus until you can find a way to make it work, or come up with a few better ideas for it. Only cancel a story if you truly feel it isn't worth writing at all anymore.
