Second update on Nosing, and vacation · 10:41pm Jul 13th, 2013
Whelp, I did it again. Remember when I said the second chapter of Nosing & Tasting would contain approximately all of the sex? Yeah, I lied; it will actually contain only about 50% of the world's total available intercourse-reserves. Or thereabouts. But it's nearly done now, so prepare for the penultimate chapter of the story soon!
"Penultimate?!" you gasp. Which is really quite impressive -- covering that many syllables in a single gasp? But, uh, yes, I done and gone made it all far too wordy again, so I was forced to introduce another split to keep the length of the chapters roughly the same. Chapter 2 will therefore mostly focus on Octavia exploring the wonders of the female human body (and the joys of extracting one out of its notoriously finicky lingerie), whereas chapter 3 will be all about Octy getting the tables turned on her.
I'm dearly hoping it won't take me another two weeks to finish up, and at least I have a bit of a head-start now, with about 2200 words already written. Unfortunately, though, I did somehow get roped into spending some time with my folks in a nearby bungalow park for most of next week, so, while I will have my laptop with me and should technically have more time to myself to write, I'll also briefly be under the parental yoke again, constantly subjected to the Ever-Watchful Eye of the Dark Lord Sauron my mom. So I don't know. Bear with me.
Anyway, expect the update sometime tonight or somewhere over the course of tomorrow, at the latest.

PS: I use that phrase, of course, so incredibly loosely that it will no doubt soon break free of both this post and the earth's gravitational pull, and probably won't settle into anything resembling a stable orbit until it's somewhere in the vicinity of Pluto...
