I mentioned this in a comment on my previous blog post, but I'll go ahead and make it its own thing here, on the off-chance that it'll be more easily visible.
So, yeah, I've finally finished part 1 of ep 2 of Star Trek: Pegasus. I'll be starting work on part 2 (of 2) in the next day or so. I don't intend to post ep 2 until both parts are complete and polished up. I've sent part 1 off to the one pre/beta reader I have so far. (Preemptive thanks, meerkat8472.)
With that said, does anyone else want to be a pre/beta reader for this stuff? If so, please PM me. Or, if not that, could someone at least point me to the "proper" channels for soliciting this sort of thing, rather than me just posting a blog and hoping for the best? Aside from the initial sort of half-assed request I made a while back, deep down at the ass-end of the author's notes at the end of ep 1 of ST:P, I've never made a public request for pre/beta readers before. Prior to this, I was trying to use a RL (non-brony) friend as pre-reader, with less than satisfactory results, perhaps unsurprisingly in retrospect.
